Correspondence, administrative files and other printed material concerning a wide range of Dean Diederichs' activities; includes correspondence concerning the reorganization of the university athletic program, Coach Gilmour Dobie and the football team, the university scholarship policy, the College of Engineering (1930-37), the buildings for the College (1930-33), Cornell patents, fraternities and dormitories (1919, 1929, 1930-32, 1934), and the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (1933-36). Also includes the Sibley Journal of Mechanical Engineering Papers (1933, 1935-36), and files on summer session (1930, 1935-37).
